Students in grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 are invited to join the forensics club! As part of the forensics club, students can sharpen their skills in public speaking, increase their confidence and be part of a team of talented and driven students.

JAM Kindness Club Entrepreneur Night
The Avalon Elementary JAM Kindness Club will host its Entrepreneur Night at the school on May 7 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Come shop all that our students have created at this first-time event! Items are priced from $1 to $5.
Parents as Allies in Making
Avalon Elementary School in the Northgate School District is remaking the way parents can engage in student creativity and learning.
The Parents as Allies project is training parents and guardians to serve as coaches in the school’s makerspace, offering them a unique chance to lead challenging activities that support traditional classroom learning. Through fun and insightful courses, parents in the program have been developing the skills needed to inspire through maker learning concepts.
